The owner/person renting the apartment(s) undertakes to:

1. Indicate the apartment reference number as per the list drawn up by our association.

2. Guarantee that facilities and comfort levels are of the same standard as those described in the leaflet and web site.

3. Provide precise documentation about the apartment concerned as well as a map showing how to get to it, which should be attached to the rental agreement between the owners and tenants.

4. Tenants are received in apartments that are perfectly clean and maintained to the highest levels of hygiene and safety.

5. Ensure that apartment equipment is serviced and maintained, with complete instructions for use provided.

6. Do his/her best to satisfy his/her clients' needs.

This is a charter drawn up for property owners wishing to offer their guests high quality service and copies of it have been filed with the Serre Chevalier Tourist Office as well as the relevant town halls (mairies).
